This is our villa which we are happy to rent when we are not using it. We also know of a number of other villas for rent in the area should ours not be available or not meet your needs (see separate page).

Has Gulistan means ‘Rose Garden’ and is the name of the complex on which this villa has been built, set against the backdrop of the Toros Mountains, which can only be described as spectacular.

This 3 storey town house style villa on the Mediterranean coast is located just 2km from the centre of Belek, 5km from Kadriye and within minutes of a number of excellent golf courses. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in both Belek and Kadriye.

The villa is within a five minute drive to both Belek and Kadriye beaches where there is a vast expanse of golden sand. It’s the perfect place to spend long lazy days topping up your tan.
This Stretch of coastline is a nesting ground for the ‘Loggerhead Turtle’ and the lesser known ‘Green Turtle’.

The villa is set amongst a landscaped garden laid with lawn, different types of fruit trees, shrubs and rose bushes. Pathways lead to the villa and are illuminated at night. .
